HI, TODAY LET’S TALK ABOUT MY FAVORITE FOOD THE "SCALLOP". THE SCALLOP HAS DIFFERENT NAMES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRIES AND IS DEFINED AS A PIECE OF MEAT

THE STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR YOUR PREPARATION ARE:

1-SALTED MEAT

2-PASS THE MEAT THROUGH A PREVIOUSLY GRATED BREAD

3-PASS THE MEAT THROUGH THE EGG ROUND AND ROUND

 4-GO THROUGH THE BREAD AGAIN.

5-FRY TWO MINUTES EACH SIDE

*ALSO, YOU CAN BRING CHEESE AND JAMON INSIDE!!

I REALLY LOVE THE CROCANCY THAT THIS ONE HAS, PLUS COMBINING IT WITH CHEESE AND HAM GIVES IT AN IRRESISTIBLE FLAVOR.

DESPITE ITS FLAVOR, DUE TO THE FRYING THAT THIS FOOD HAS , IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR A BALANCED DIET SO ITS CONSUMPTION SHOULD BE UNUSUAL.

PERHAPS, THE NAME OF THIS DISH OF FOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIVE IN CHILE MAY SOUND STRANGE, IT IS TRUE THAT IT HAS A GREATER RECOGNITION WORLDWIDE BY THE NAME "MILANESE" WHICH IS NATIVE TO OUR NEIGHBORING COUNTRY ARGENTINA.

  1. How about Felipe, the scallop is a very rich preparation, in addition to adding ham and cheese, it's magnificent!

  2. Like you said, in Argentina "la milanesa" is a classic. However, there are many restaurants in Chile who prepare very good "milanesas" too.
